Hands-On Workshop

The Métis sash is an important cultural symbol for the Métis people. Learn about the history of the sash and how it was used as a multi-use tool during the fur trade and explore its significance in the modern day. Participants can examine various sashes and learn how they are made.

From lunch + learns to half or full-day sessions, we can host your group at one of St. Albert’s historic spaces or we can come to you!

Time/duration of program is customizable.
