First Nations bands along the northwest coast of Canada, such as the Kwakiutl, used highly stylized designs to fashion traditional ceremonial masks. Students create masks that incorporate animal, human and supernatural traits, using bold, flowing lines and ovoid shapes.

We’re a non-profit organization, and program fees help cover the cost of instruction, supplies and equipment.
- We charge a minimum class fee based on 16 students
- $8.25 per student (minimum class fee of $132)
