October 19 | Abstracting the Landscape

With inspiration from the exciting exhibit Inside Painting by artist Peter Ivens, we’ll lead you through an afternoon of artistic fun using washes, layers and simplifying the landscape to create a unique abstract landscape you will be proud to hang in your home. November 16 | Basic Batik and More

With inspiration from the thoughtful exhibit Ripples of Loss by artist Terry McCue, we’ll lead you through an afternoon of artistic exploration learning the basics of batik. Learn the joy of drawing in hot wax and cold wax to create beautiful patterns on fabric you will be proud to hang in your home. All materials included. Advance registration required.
