As we all continue to adapt to a new “normal”, we want to share with you what we are doing to keep you safe. We also ask for you to work with us to keep our facilities safe for our staff and fellow visitors.
Here are video messages from the Director of the Musée Héritage Museum and Director/Curator of the Art Gallery of St. Albert to explain what to expect when you visit our facilities at this time.
What we’re doing:
Limiting visitor numbers (maximum occupancy of 15 visitors at a time at the Museum, Gallery and St. Albert Grain Elevator Park and River Lots).
Encouraging physical distancing with signage, spacing and route markers.
Providing physical barriers such as plexiglas shields in customer service areas.
Providing substantial access to hand sanitizer and hand washing facilities.
Increased cleaning and disinfecting throughout our facility.
Reduced operating hours and staffing numbers onsite.
Removal of high-touch activities.
Additional staff procedures, protocols, and training.
Modified our operating hours at the Museum and Gallery to Tuesday–Saturday from 1–5 pm.
Modified our operating hours at the St. Albert Grain Elevator Park and River Lots to Wednesday–Sunday from 1–5 pm.
Our goal is to make your visit to our facilities comfortable and safe. The safety of all visitors and staff is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the situation and will determine if additional precautions are needed.
